Export Quality Mangoes go through all the required processes exporters need to fulfil to sell in other countries, the way it is harvested, or whether it is the size or form of the fruit or whether it needs to go through hot water treatment. Only the best fruit is selected and Mango Nation is proud to be the only producer in Pakistan to sell this precious stock locally in Pakistan.

Premium Quality Mangoes are carefully picked, graded, and washed to ensure only the best quality fruits are shipped. These are better than “Standard Quality” mangoes available in the market sold in shops and carts.

How can I return an item?

Food item does not have a return policy.

Items marked as “out of Stock” mean they are no longer available because Mango’s supply from our farms has run out.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped daily and from then onwards it takes about 24 to 48 hours for the product to reach its destination.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All charges are included and there will be no additional charges applies.

How to place an order?

The booking process is very simple. Place your order on multanizaiqa.com and provide all necessary information. Check out the cart with everything you need and choose the payment option to complete the ordering process.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been made and payment authorization has been received, you will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. 123456), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered. You will also be notified when we ship the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

Once we receive mangoes, does it require any special care in the home environment?

Yes, it does. To withstand transportation time, multiple courier handling points and heat, we make sure we pack raw/semi riped mangoes so that they reach the right condition, which means mangoes may still be raw and greenish while there are received, and thus you might want to read the following tips:

  • Do not cut the mangoes as soon as you receive them, please let them ripen, turn a little yellowish and softer with a sweet smell. If you cut them before time, they will taste sour.
  • Do not refrigerate the mangoes, keep them within room temperature and do not keep them in an AC room
  • Once they are ripened, and ready to eat, you can put them in the fridge to increase the shelf life.
  • You can also put them into a fridge for two hours before cutting them.
  • Wash the mangoes with warm water before cutting them or before putting them in the fridge after they have ripened.
What are the modes of Payment?

You can pay for your order using your Debit card, Net Banking, Jazz Cash and Cash on Delivery.

Can I cancel an order after payment is done?

Mangoes are perishable products. We shall give our best to send quality products. We do not have any return policy and we do not entertain cancellation. However, if the fruit is rotten we do give you the replacement no matter what the delivery destination could be. The receiver should inform us within 12 hours of delivery with proof to replace or adjust in the next order.
